Refund Policy

1. Flight Cancellation and Refund

All flight ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to the respective airline's terms and conditions. Blue Wings International acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee refunds outside of airline policies. Service charges for cancellation may apply.

2. Umrah and Tour Packages

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will incur a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made within 15-29 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
• Hotel deposits and transportation bookings are strictly subject to vendor policies.

3. Visa Processing Fees

Visa processing fees, including Umrah visas and Tourist visas, are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective embassy or authority, regardless of the visa outcome.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 14 to 45 working days, depending on bank processing times and airline release schedules.
